4. Orders & Cancellation

• Orders can be placed online, via WhatsApp, or in-store.
• Non-custom orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders for incorrect pricing or stock issues.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• Only defective or damaged products are eligible for return within 3 days.
• Exchange available within 7 days if unused and in original condition.
• Personalized items are not eligible for return/exchange.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Free delivery within Salem city. Other locations may attract shipping fees.
• We use trusted courier partners for nationwide delivery.
• Delivery timelines depend on availability and location.

• Silver is guaranteed 92.5% pure unless specified.
• Damage due to mishandling voids guarantee.
