Return Request

• Timeframe: Initiate return within 7 days from delivery
• Condition: Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging (tags, box, pouch)
• Proof: Must include original invoice or proof of purchase

Mandatory 360° Unboxing Video

• Record a full 360° video while unboxing within 24 hours of delivery
• Video must show sealed parcel and highlight any damage/defects
• Without video proof, damage-related returns will not be accepted

Items Not Eligible for Return

• Coins, Silver Bars, Gold Bars
• Gift Cards, Digital Vouchers
• Customized/Engraved Jewellery
• Nose Pins, Nose Rings, Toe Rings
• Bindis, Hair Accessories
• Used or altered jewellery
• Loose Gemstones

Return Approval Process

• Step 1: Email or WhatsApp us your Order ID, reason for return, and unboxing video (if needed)
• Step 2: Our team reviews the request and inspects the condition
• Step 3: If approved, return shipping instructions will be provided

Refund Process

• Refund issued via original payment method or store credit
• Timeframe depends on the payment gateway/bank

Important Notes

• Only items damaged during shipping are eligible for return
• 360° video must be shared within 24 hours of delivery
• Missing packaging/invoice may lead to rejection
• Sale or discounted items are not returnable unless damaged
• We reserve the right to decline returns that violate policy terms
